Albert Haynesworth

I have been hard ( like most) on "Albert Haynesworth", for good reason, his work ethic and attitude seemed to be pedestrian at best. He seemed to be on a course to a showdown with the "Head Coach". Receiving the check and not performing made his [Albert] character suspect.
I then wondered where is the owner ( snyder) in all this, what is his opinion on this player whom he gave the "NOD" to pay 100 million with 41 million guaranteed? Could it be that when the Skins were courting Albert he was told that the "Defense' would be built around his skills sets, and he wouldfit the defensive schemes?

IMO Albert has been set up! That's right, set up for failure. It happens all the time in the cooperate world every day. So why should the NFL be any different. It is obvious Albert Haynesworth was hired by another "Boss"  whom is no longer part of the organization. So in comes new management andhere comes the problems.
So now, the Skins start the smear campaign. So now we see the same clip showing Albert to be the angry black man who can not be coached. The NFL and the Skins will now try and take this thru a complex array of court proceedings and various meetings thru CBA deadline. this way they will not have to pay him, or will have  made him out to be a "trouble maker".
As for the money, this contract was agreed to before the regime change in Washington  D.C., so why shouldn't he take which was agreed too?
It will probably the last check he receives from the Washington Redskins.
